Terms of Use for Google Account Connections

These terms apply to the private internal tool operated by Maccabee Design and Consulting (a Maryland business in formation, "we," "us") that connects to Google accounts. They are short because the tool is small.

Who may use it. The tool is private and is not offered to the public. Only the owners of a small, fixed set of Google accounts that we have approved in advance may connect to it, and only by approving the connection themselves on Google's sign-in screen. If you are not one of them, you may not use it.

What it does. It lets software working for our firm do tasks you ask for inside your own Google account. What it can reach, and how we handle it, is described in our Privacy Policy for Google Account Connections, which is part of these terms.

Your account stays yours. You remain the owner of everything in your Google account. You may disconnect the tool at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Provided as is. The tool is provided as is, without a promise that it will be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing what it drafts or changes before you rely on it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Not a commercial service. It is not a product for sale, and nothing here is an offer to anyone.

Changes. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. We may also end the tool, or anyone's access to it, at any time.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
